TRE SCALINI COFFEE
The best quality Italian coffee can be tasted exclusively at Tre Scalini Montecarlo. Our coffee reflects the parameters of excellence of the three “M’s”: Miscela, Macchina, and Mano – blend, machine, and hand (the skill of the bartender), for an enveloping and creamy taste at any time of day.
From the Roman tradition, these are strips of thighs, fillets, loins and other lean parts of the pig, which are filleted, preferring the most valuable parts of the pig and processed within 1-2 days after slaughtering, dried and flavoured.
Buffalo bresaola, a rarity from the village of Amaseno (FR), not always available. Lean salami matured for 20-40 days and obtained from fine cuts of buffalo meat such as rump and loin.
Nero di Amaseno
It is a round, black-coloured caciotta, a cheese traditionally pasteurised at 72°C. It is produced from buffalo milk in Amaseno (FR). Consumed with a minimum maturation of 6 months.
Organic extra virgin olive oil
Organic green gold, 100% Italian. From hand-picked olives. Milling takes place daily in our own mill, with continuouscold cycle extraction. With distinct vegetal hints of artichoke and chicory.
In the classic or smoked version, Caciocavallo is still produced by hand according to tradition in Amaseno (FR).
Porchetta di Ariccia
Porchetta di Ariccia I.G.P. (traditional pig roast) according to the production method that includes a series of fundamental steps, for the success of a product of excellence, up to the spicing with fresh aromas.
Typical cured meat from the province of Parma; produced at an altitude of no more than 900m. Famous all over the world not only for its nutritional characteristics but also for the “crown”, the brand engraved only on the original Parma Ham.
